I've worked most of my adult life guiding individuals and groups to develop healing skills, heal from emotional and health challenges. My passion is to help open those whose lives I touch to gain confidence in their self-healing skills: especially through the power of their minds and spirits. Self-hypnosis is a technique I teach to all my clients and students; it's so easy, so powerful, and so transformative! Currently, I'm specializing in work with Medical Hypnosis - with a special interest in helping cancer patients empower themselves for more rapid healing, plus offering pre-surgical hypnosis to prevent complications during and after surgery.
