Provided On Site Support and perform Train the Trainer courses for Navy commands as they ramp up for Go-Live as well as during Go-Live activities. Provide the SAP Navy ERP solution in knowledge rransfer sessions to clients and other team members.Later started providing research support for trouble tickets to Tier 3 Functional SD, FI, FM, AM and MM integration with PS. Performed Tier 3 Project Systems Functional Activities and Tier 3 Asset Management Functional Activities.

Responsibilities include production support for the ATR and RTC users, engineering and other financial users of SAP. Also, responsible for designing, coordinating, managing and testing new ERP projects, releases and enhancements, participating on ERP System Governance Networks and Committees and identifying areas for improved reporting and analytical capabilities. Viewed as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Project Systems, Asset Accounting and General Accounting.

Worked on an implementation team to design and configure a SAP ERP financial system to replace several legacy mainframe systems. Primary responsibilities during the design and implementation phase were to configure the SAP system to replace the legacy fixed assets and capital and expense project spending control systems. Requirements included designing a best practice approach to provide accurate and reliable reporting tools for managing capital procurement projects.Was lead for developing a conversion plan to convert fixed assets and capital projects from the legacy systems to SAP. Conversion to SAP covered three years and was managed in a five phase roll out. Several businesses and plants that were converted were not in the standard KC legacy systems, and unique conversion plans had to be developed and reconciled.

Provided Quickbooks consulting services to small businesses. Businesses included a vetrinarian services and a local Writer's Guild.

Responsible for maintaining affiliate revenue database for new contracts and existing contracts and supervisor a team.
