As a Value Creation Leader at Aptean, I help our teams set clients up for success on their Digital Transformation journey, utilising SaaS software from across the Aptean group. Starting my career in Customer Experience I have held multiple roles both client side and agency side. Over the past 10 years, I have seen customer expectations and demands change rapidly across numerous businesses and sectors. Within Data and Insights roles I have presented consumer insights to audiences at all levels from C-Suite to operators, in small groups and at conferences; developed best-in-class frameworks and advised on strategy. In more technical functions, I have been responsible for large scale multi-channel, multi-market programmes; acting as the primary escalation point for key clients and leading small teams to deliver on technical and bespoke projects. My current focus is on identifying levers for growth, positioning and leading strategic projects. Internally I'm often found championing team and client needs as part of steering committees and change management taskforces. All my roles have included stakeholder management, influencing, project management, decision-making, and leveraging data points to enable change. I have a particular passion for developing strategies, creating playbooks and streamlining processes.
