• Sales Position - Medical device manufacturer for the ophthalmology market • Developed sales plan to test products in the U.S. based market for direct sales to ophthalmologist and hospitals of Visco-surgical Devices (viscoelastics) and balanced salt solutions. The results would determine if a U.S. based direct sales team would be formed. The net decision was to continue business through Alcon and market in Australia where Bausch and Lomb did not market their solutions aggressively and higher margins could be maintained.
