Read and reviewed schematic drawings for the population of bare board Surface Mount, Plated through hole solder,and bread boards PCB's. Set up ESD solder station, wrist straps, swaged turrets for wire hook-up using press. Collected ESD tools for assembly wire cutters, tweezers, suction tool for delicate components. Solder type used SN 63,SN 60, ANSI-STD-006,and High temp solder SN96AAG04A . Epoxy mixing ratios for conformal coating sample puck saved for QA inspection using a shore durometer. Staking components as required. Wire hook-up from component to component per engineer. Built Cable and Harness, Electronic boxes, connectors per schematic drawings. Cut wire, stripped wire, crimped pins using calibrated crimp tools and positioners. Soldered wires in solder cups. Crimped lugs as needed for ground hook-ups. Tested cables pin to pin with DVM or multi meter. Reviewed and verified equipment used met regulatory requirements.

Assembled Heart stints in a cleanroom environment. Prepared parts for assembly of Hearts stints outside clean room per schematic cutting parts using X-acto knifes, punch jig for silastic tubing cutting, sandblasting parts, All parts prepared for assembly were taken back into clean room to be cleaned using ultra sonic cleaners, soap solutions, deionized water, and alcohol rinses. All parts were blown dry using air hoses , clean room wipes, and put into oven per schematic for drying purposes. QA inspection of parts before assembly. Heart stints were assembled under a microscope using clean room gloves and tweezers.

Supported US military troops and coalition forces as an administrative assistant for Safety and Construction environments. Prepared invoices, reports, memos, letters, documents through email Microsoft Access ,Excel. Answered phones and directed calls to appropriate parties and take messages. Kept daily timesheet on employees. Attended meetings to record minutes.

Prepared surface of load cell cross etching ,cleaning, to prepare for strain gages to be epoxied to load cell. Soldered wires on pads of strain gages around load cell point to point per schematic. Tested load cell using multi meter before going to test.

Assembled Cable and Harness per schematic/ Drawing. Cut wire size gage to length using wire cutters. Stripped wire using mechanical strippers to assure no chafing. Inserted wires in connector pins. crimped pins using crimp tools and positioners per wire size. Inserted wires in connectors per schematic. Point to Point check with DVM meter on each pin to assure proper location per schematic. Crimped lugs for grounds to backshell. Completed harness inspected by QA and put into test. Soldered components on bare printed circuit boards per schematic.

Cleaned all flight hardware returning from space shuttle. Repaired damaged hardware, repaired cables, printed circuit boards per schematic/drawing. Tested and reviewed by QA for quality assurance. Trained astronauts on heart monitor electrode placement for space flight.
