About Gail Steiner

I want my customers and co-workers to know they can come to me for any of their professional needs. I want them as a customer for life!I spent 12 years of my life dedicated to Citrix Systems in many different roles. I started my Citrix career providing technical support to Citrix customer's and then migrated into a relationship manager role for Citrix technical support customer's. I was awarded a "Customer Excellence" award for providing top notch technical support. I became a "go-to" person for many Citrix employees because I knew the technology as well as the inner workings of Citrix's systems. When a new technical support sales team was created, I was approached to become one of the first members on the team and successfully made over 100% of my quota for the next 12 quarters. This role built on my already strong knowledge, but also improved my network of Citrix employees and roles that I worked with. After leaving Citrix, I helped start a CNC machine shop Soflo Machining. We are a job shop but also have a niche in machining features in 3D printed metals. Our customers are mostly aerospace, defense, space and theme parks. We machine all metals, plastics and can 3D print parts in plastics as well. We also provide sheet metal and assembly (welding) work. We are AS9100/ISO certified.

    I joined the Citrix CloudPlatform team, not knowing anything about "The Cloud". I quickly got up to speed and helped increase revenue by 117%. I accomplished this through increasing pipeline generation in SalesForce, calling on leads generated by marketing and also utilizing third party applications and staying current in the industry. I worked with the Citrix Legal and Finance teams in order to close new deals and ensure contracts were setup and executed correctly. I organized training events for Citrix partners, Citrix end users and Citrix sales reps and sales engineers. This was an exciting role to be involved with because it like working with a start-up company under the wings of Citrix.
