We rarely choose to pursue our goals alone whether we are involved in community, our job, or in religious or social affairs. Instead, we reach out to make connections and create partnerships that will help us achieve our goals. Sometimes, we make contacts that lead us to become part of something bigger than our original pursuit, where we can use our goals and skills to serve.The accomplishments of the organizations where I have led have grown from my drive to guide them to develop strong organizational structure, to clearly articulate the organization’s mission and achievements and to ensure open communication among all constituent groups. I have not lost that drive.
