I care most about building a sustainable and equitable world for all. I’ve created opportunities for women in corporates, NGOs and entrepreneurship from day 1, and constantly appreciating new intersectional barriers overdue for dismantling. Parenting a type-A girl and neuro-divergent boy bolsters my lifelong advocacy for the marginalised. “Money flowing to what matters, money as medicine.” Such a systems change requires a reconnection of money to our humanity and spirituality. Facilitating this awakening is my work: a coach and financial healer to individuals, a conscious investor, and advisor to regenerative capital allocators.I did not anticipate this career path when I graduated from Wharton Business School and joined Morgan Stanley. I advised financial services and technology firms in USA, UK and Southeast Asia on >$10Bn of M&A and capital-raises, and was promoted twice in a recession. I coached my first purposeful leader in 2010 and founded my independent practice, Live True, in 2016.I guide my coachees to integrate money with what matters to them as human beings. With me, they begin investing; upgrade their careers; negotiate financial divorces (life or work); recover from burnout; fundraise for their business; and navigate other high-stakes life decisions… while honouring their experience and values.Trained in multiple coaching disciplines, my approach is both practical and trauma-informed. I bring compassion and safety to difficult conversations, which sparks profound healing and powerful insight. I have a knack for reading both financial statements/ Excel and the unspoken stirrings of one’s inner world. My lived experience - purpose-seeking corporate escapee; whole-brained yogi; musician; painter; depression survivor; recovering perfectionist, over-worker and people-pleaser - expand capacity to hold space. With my support, my clients take transformative actions that create breakthroughs and sustained behaviour change, building rich lives they love and elevating their self-leadership. As a gender-lens investor in Southeast Asia, I have led angel syndicates and founded a venture capital firm investing in diverse founders. My portfolio is >75% women-led and/or impact-driven, which reflects a thesis of decolonised and reimagined capitalism. I prioritise investment in ventures that heal systemic injustices, build a sustainable and equitable world and return in multiple dimensions. I am proud to advise and champion Angels of Impact, Circulate Capital and Coralus (fka SheEO), organisations that live by the principles of their work.
