As a technical advisor at GIZ, I collaborate with the ministry of environment of Jordan to design, implement, and evaluate projects that aim to enhance environmental sustainability and resilience. I apply my expertise in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) to ensure the quality and impact of our interventions, as well as to generate evidence-based recommendations and best practices.I have over five years of experience in the non-profit sector, working with Mercy Corps as a MEAL coordinator and a senior partnership MEAL officer, where I managed and supported several projects in the fields of humanitarian response, livelihoods, education, and youth empowerment. I have developed strong skills in analytical thinking, capacity strengthening, and remote management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and customer service. I hold an MBA in International Business from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where I gained knowledge and insights into the global and intercultural dimensions of business and management. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the social and environmental well-being of the communities I serve, and to learn from their diverse perspectives and experiences.
