Gai is a community pharmacist who has lived in the world of health and wellbeing for over two decades. The reason she is in the pharmaceutical industry is to make a difference in the lives of patients and to inspire them and pass over her words of wisdom. Her speciality within the pharmacy industry has now become the realm of unsettled babies. She has become a published author- her book "No More Tears Colic Relief"​ was developed with the professional assistance of some well respected health professionals and many grateful colic mums. Her product, Willby's Wind and Colic Mix, is a unique and effective treatment for colic and it is central to her support and advice service for new mums dealing with colicky babies. Her service changes lives and encourages happy settled families instead of disrupted households fractured by distressed babies. Gai's other passion is the sheer joy she obtains from being an entrepreneurial woman who plays a positive roll in inspiring other like minded women and men to reach for the stars and make a difference in business. Over the years Gai has attended dozens of business seminars to improve her business skills and kept up with professional development as required by the Pharmacy Board of Victoria. Gai served on the Board of Guardian Pharmacies Australia and was elected as the first ever female Chair, a position she held until Guardian was resorbed into the Sigma network. Gai also serves on the Board of her two local Bendigo Community Banks. Gai firmly believes that life is about learning, having fun and giving back.Gai was also awarded an Associate Fellowship of the Australian Institute of Pharmacy Management and was inducted into the Guardian Hall of Fame.
