Notably, My professional journey includes serving as a consultant at the Indian Railways Institute of Civil Engineering (IRICEN), where I played a pivotal role in executing transformative projects such as the sports complex and office building renovation at Pune Station.Recognizing a crucial gap between education and the dynamic demands of the real estate industry, we initiated a significant transformation. In late 2019, We steered the establishment of India's pioneering training and placement EdTech platform in 2020 - the Institute of Planners and Designers India Pvt. Ltd.Addressing the needs of real estate professionals, our platform aims to unite and empower them by facilitating Skill Enhancement, Job Discovery, and Business Opportunities.As Founder and CEO, I personally shape our venture's digital presence by conceptualizing and crafting websites and Job portals. This collaborative effort with my team, comprising seasoned professionals and enthusiastic trainees, sees us transforming innovative ideas into engaging digital platforms. Leading a dynamic team of 30 to 40 individuals, spanning roles from trainers and developers to designers and marketing/sales professionals, I've excelled in an environment where resourcefulness is key. Thriving despite constraints, I've turned challenges into opportunities for growth through meticulous strategic planning and the effective utilization of available resources.My accomplishments extend beyond internal success. Leading this team has enabled groundbreaking collaborations with NBFC banks, facilitating education loans for our students, and forming strategic partnerships with select colleges and companies.
