Responsibilities• Experience in Handling the Permanent, contract, and contract to hire assignments.• Responsible for complete recruitment life cycle- sourcing, short-listing Profiles, applicant tracking, and follow-ups after joining. • Client interaction and understanding the requirements.• Quick responses for client submission for the given requirements with in stipulated timeframe• Sourcing through techniques such as, Job portals, social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn.• Screen the candidates to check their technical credentials, project experience, communication skills, CTC, notice period, academic credentials & related details. • Negotiate/convince the candidate with regard to salary, relocation & related issues.• Scheduling the interviews for shortlisted candidate by informing date, time, and location, and follow up with them until they finish interviews• Collecting the required details from the selected candidates to issue the offer letter.• Follow up with the selected candidate until the candidates join the company.• Up-keep of candidate relationships • Regular follow up with clients and candidates • Create/place advertisements – Job postings and mass mail• Daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports, feedback reports.
