Overall responsibility of Coil shop and paint shop regarding productivity,manpower developing and training, material,and spare part management, development,maximum utilization of resources, and minimize the scrape .Major Responsibilities:--• Driving entire production operations of the coil shop and paint shop with final accountability to achieve targeted production and productivity levels.• Drawing production plan, assessing material needs/ raising timely indents and coordinating with materials sections to ensure availability of materials on shop floor to meet the planned production levels. • Implementing process controls and effectively deploying manpower, machines and material resources to optimize operational efficiency. • Monitoring production process, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to ensure delivery of finished products as per customers’ defined delivery schedules. Ensuring observance of all quality parameters to meet the quality specifications. • Effectively managing the workforce and resolving their issues at shop level itself to ensure their undivided focus on the assigned tasks. Consistently achieving production targets in quantity and quality. • Monthly Re-Conciliation of Materials (Alu, cu, punching oil, brazing rod etc…)• Managing the spare parts of Heat Exchanger line and Paint shop.* Increase the productivity of paint shop by changing the design of hanger and get the rewards for that.

Effectively implemented modern concept like ISO 9001-2000, Kaizen & 5S to improve process efficiency.Driven process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and operational productivity. Minimized production losses such as idle time, consumable expenses and utility expenses with proper training to manpower.
