I'm a Mechanical Engineer by education, but my passion extends beyond the world of gears and machines. I'm also a national-level boxing coach certified from the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports, Patiala. Over the last six years, I've merged my engineering mindset with my love for Boxing, finding a unique intersection in the startup ecosystem.In the startup world, I've been actively involved in helping startups scale and thrive and also built the startup ecosystem in Tier II cities in Karnataka. This initiative aimed to democratize access to resources and support for startups outside traditional hubs, contributing to the growth of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. At T-Hub, I've designed and built the Innovate Telangana program to empower grassroots startups and establish T-Hub's presence in Tier-II cities. Crafted SOPs for community building while leading accelerator programs like Rubrix, LAB32, T-Angel, and AIC. Scouted startups for over 15 cohorts, increasing outbound activities by 88% and adding 132 new startups to T-Hub. Engaged with a community of 2000+ startups, organized 30+ events, connecting startups with various key stakeholders.
