Program and Technical Manager for Virtual Incident Command for Training and Operations Research (VICTOR). VICTOR is a web-based constructive simulation capability for Emergency Management. Served as CAE’s Technical Representative to the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC)Served as a CAE representative on the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) Modeling and Simulation Working Group. 2007-2008 Worked on the management team for SE Core DVED. Helped define the hardware and software facility architecture for the initial standup of SE-CORE DVED facility.

TERREX was acquired by CAE in 2005 and pursued the Digital Virtual Environment Development (DVED) contract from the US Army SE-Core program. This contract was awarded to CAE in April of 2006. TERREX was dissolved in 2007 and rolled into what has become PRESAGIS. TSD was absorbed directly into CAE USA Inc.

Project Manager Tactical Operational Scene (TOPSCENE) Database Generation: (1991-2004) Responsible for the management and operation of all database generation for the TOPSCENE program. (This Program is now referred to as the Tactical Terrain Visualization System (TTVS)) This included defining all hardware, software, and network architectures for the programs database generation system. Managed and wrote new database generation software as needed. During this period was responsible for redesigning and transforming the database generation system from a DEC VAX configuration with I/O computer and array processor attachments to a UNIX based SGI environment and then again to a PC based architecture. Although not specifically related to database generation in this position also wrote the TOPSCENE Model 40 application which was the programs first foray into mission preview on a Windows base platform. In June of 2002 was awarded Lockheed Martin’s Inventor of the Year award for development of the low cost PC visualization system and database architecture design.Lead Software Engineer: Intelligence Data Information System (IDIS) :( 1989-1990) Responsible for the overall development of the database generation system. This included digital image mosaicking, perspective scene generation, development of 3D modeling capabilities, and optical disk recording of the data. This involve working in a wide range of programming environments such as array processor micro-code, specialized I/O computer assembly language, and DEC’s VMS development system.Software Engineer: Advanced Data and Picture Transformation System (ADAPTS):(1986-1989) Responsible for writing one of the early digital image mosaicking system and perspective scene generation capabilities.Software Engineer: A7 Visual System :( 1984-1985) Responsible for onsite (NAS Cecil Field) development and delivery of the visual playback component of this multi-channel visual system.
