These have helped businesses centralize their operations, streamline data governance, and drive insights at scale across diverse business functions. My work with Chief Data Officers (CDOs), CTOs, and CIOs in setting up COEs & GCCs has empowered organizations to create actionable insights from data, enabling a more centralized and efficient decision-making process.Currently, I spearhead Strategic Technologies for the Data Unit, overseeing Data Management, Blockchain, Generative AI, and Emerging Technologies to transform data strategies for global companies. By centralizing data and analytics functions, I’ve helped businesses build scalable data infrastructures that allow them to optimize operations across sectorsFrom defining the ‘Art of the Possible’ to guiding organizations in their Data Management journey, I have consistently delivered innovative solutions that turn data into a strategic asset.
