During my time as team leader, I had the opportunity to learn about management, acquire new skills on a wide technological and managerial spectrum, and advance complex products to production.During my time as team lead we:Implemented AWS's VoIP solution for our sales and support departments, while also developing a personalized softphone on-top of Amazon's, using JavaScript and other AWS Services.Migrated from an on-prem CRM to a cloud based CRM solution. this required a lot of design and planning, and also developing a REST API (dockerizied spring boot app on AWS fargate) to support existing CRM integrationsDeveloped a "Similar Tickets" system, based on python machine-learning, to help suggest solutions to the company's support engineers and customers on new support tickets, resulting in reduced ticket handling time. (and possibly - ticket deflection)

Had the opportunity to really develop as a developer :)started with small tasks, and quickly moved on to bigger and bigger projects, including:Design and develop a PHP backend for the company's internal mobile web-apps'Re-branding' existing web-apps - including writing some from scratch (starting from designing the new UI/UX) and reviewing and enhancing existing appsDeveloping numerous new small web-apps for both mobile and desktop for various internal purposes (HR, Finance, Employee's welfare, etc.)and on the DevOps side - added GIT version control and CICD (Bamboo), and writing a tutorial on setting up local servers, allowing multiple developers to work simultaneously, and on multiple tasks. This also allowed better code reviews, and overall improvement to the dev and deployment cycle.
