Manage all legal and compliance aspects for a medical device company, including HIPAA, cybersecurity, QMS, company agreements, legal research and consultation.

Collaborated with the Committee for Public Counsel Services (the Public Defender Agency of Massachusetts) in investigating and litigating post-conviction cases on behalf of indigent clients; evaluating evidence, investigating new leads, interviewing clients and witnesses, conducting legal research and drafting legal motions.

Participated in confidential meetings throughout the year and conducted research for the committee. This was a first-hand experience of criminal justice reform.

Oversaw a wide range of prosecution cases, e.g., white collar, sex and violent felonies, and narcotics, at all stages of criminal procedure, including research, writing memoranda, indictments and motions, advising supervisors, plea negotiations and litigation.
