I am an Engineering Lead with a strong technical background.I find myself at the cross-section of engineering, design, product, and business.Having experience and passion helped me build efficient, successful teams balanced in seniority.Transparency and honesty are my core values; thus, I am not afraid to ask the right questions and put the finger on the elephant in the room.When I'm in my comfort zone, it feels like something itches.The best part of growing up I spent as a .NET and Azure Engineer.Although my current focus is on team and client, I keep my technical skills sharp and up-to-date by mentoring talented engineers and being part in software design. In the last five years, I have led three teams and built innovative products in the beauty industry, people management, and currently in HealthTech. Working for various clients helped me to gain a deep understanding of product strategy and customer needs.
