Responsibilities:- Profile screening and curating based on given keywords - Approaching potential candidates through LinkedIn platform Achieved weekly KPI and was given privilege to support other Marketing Functions through out internship period.a. Marketing Research :Was directed to do a quick competitor analysis (National scope) with Marketing Strategies as variable. Creating a qualitative analysis and report directly to Marketing Manager and Growth Manager.b. Social Media: - Assigned to work directly under Graphic Designer, to support and create visual content for Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Slide Decks as requested on daily basisTools: Adobe Photoshop, Trello - Assigned to work with Social Media team in creating contents (mainly visual content), focused on Glints Instagram feeds.
