D’ici 2026, d’après Gartner, 80% des organisations tech vont mettre en place une approche Platform Engineering pour améliorer la collaboration entre les Développeurs et les Ops.Depuis 20 ans que j’aide à construire des projets informatiques, j’ai souvent constaté les même problèmes :- Objectifs différents entre Dev et Ops- Manque de confiance des Devs envers les Ops et réciproquement- Problèmes de delivery des équipes de DevL'approche DevOps n’a pas permis de résoudre ces problèmes voir même les a aggravé car souvent elle n’est pas mise en œuvre correctement (voir DevOps Anti-Types). Remettre le besoin au cœur des échanges entre les Dev et le Ops est la clé pour résoudre ces problèmes. Appliquer une approche produit à ton infrastructure est la promesse du Platform Engineering. La mise en place d’un Internal Developer Platform (IDP) permet à ton entreprise d’augmenter sa productivité, d’avoir une infrastructure plus fiable, plus sécurisée mais aussi de diminuer ton turn over.Si tout cela t’intéresse follow me!
