Roles and Responsibilities: Have to prepare a list of Target customers. Get appointment for meeting and arrange meeting with the customer. Give a detailed presentation about the products category. Get the RFQ (Enquiries) from the customer. Prepare Quotation and get approval from the Sales Manager. Submit the Quotation to the Customer. Follow up with the customer and Negotiate if necessary and convince. Get the Purchase Order and Forward it to the Sales Manager and Purchase Department. Once the Material is ready intimate the Delivery team for Delivery. Get the Invoice from the company’s Accounts Department and get approval from the Purchaser/Customer and Customer Company’s account’s department. Follow up for payment with the Customer’s Accounts Department. After the payment Receipt, Confirming with the company’s Account department and close the Order file.

Roles and Responsibilities: Worked in Project site with, M/s. NPCIL & M/s. L&T taking contract job like Anti Corrosive coating taken in Kudankulam Nuclear Power project. Kudankulam. M/s. NPCIL has given a direct job to M/s. PSL for Anti Corrosive coating in Stainless Steel Water Box with copon Hycote 162 HB Epoxy coating. Involved in Control, maintenance and calibration of inspection measuring and testing equipments. Choosing the workers for the allocated job. Evaluating the Quality standard in various stage of manufacturing as well as in the outgoing product by SQC techniques to improve upon product quality. Internal Coating thickness for Epoxy coating is 1000 microns and for External coating is 500 Microns. Inspection like thickness Holiday testing Hardness testing and visual inspection testing. Plant Inspection and testing was carried out in plant as well as outside site Campus in Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant.  Co-coordinating with Russians and with M/s. NPCIL officials for inspection and approval of the projects. Submitting daily report to the General Manager.
