V. Gale Brown-Neuhaus, President and CEO of Truly Reliable Services, L.L.C., has more 30 years of experience in acquisition program management, including environmental impact analysis studies development, software testing and analysis, and engineering management. With a diverse military background, Gale’s greatest strengths are organizational management and strategic planning. She has done extensive work with Defense Acquisition University (DAU) developing the University-wide automated competency requirements management system for the Foundational Learning Department. For the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC), she assisted in the development of the congressionally mandated requirements curriculum and the DSMC strategic/performance plan. Her previous projects include the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) program; National Polar-orbiting environmental satellite systems (NPOESS); Over-the-Horizon Backscatter (OTH-B) radar program; and Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV) program. In her spare time, Gale enjoys reading, fitness, and mentoring. She dedicates her time to volunteering at her church, particularly with the children’s activities and the choir. Her non-profit organization interests include Capital-area food banks, Red Cross, disabled American veterans, world vision, and WETA.
