He has executive business management and operations experience building teams and leading organizations of over 150 people. Gale joined Brightmark, a company dedicated to solving some of our planet's toughest environmental challenges by developing waste to energy solutions. Brightmark deploys a unique technology which diverts plastic waste away from oceans, landfills and incinerators, a global crisis, by recycling them into useful products we use every day.Gale joined First Solar to drive the development of corporate renewables globally. With over 4 GWs of solar projects in the US and 17 GWs globally, First Solar is the leader in PV innovation and solar project development.While at Schneider Electric, Gale led the Retail Channel globally. With Retail sales over $300 million and growing fast, its products help customers manage their energy in safe, reliable and efficient ways. Schneider Electric is the global specialist in energy management and automation. With corporate revenues of €27 billion in FY2015, its connected technologies will reshape industries, transform cities and enrich lives.While at Epirus and Percivia, Gale established the corporate strategy and then led business development in numerous developed and emerging markets. He sourced partnerships and closed the company’s first major deal with a leading Brazilian partner that enabled its public listing.Gale’s work at BCG focused on advising companies across various sectors on topics ranging from top line growth to operational cost efficiencies to mergers and acquisition and other high-value opportunities addressing critical business challenges.Gale holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc from the US Naval Academy.
