Instrumental in developing professional designation testing materials, analyzing proposed legislation and it's affects on the escrow practitioner, compiled and analyzed numerous court cases affecting the escrow practitioner.

Had the privilege of working with an outstanding board of directors in a particularly difficult year. This group stepped up to the plate, made one tough decision after another and slashed our budget in half to keep our association solvent and our reserves in tact. While the year was difficult, it was most satisfying to work with these awesome people and bring the year to close with great success.

Presided over all operations of the association including budget, membership and education as well as numerous other disciplines.

This was a brand new quasi-public bonding company that served the public by self-guaranteeing escrow corporation's (member's) trust funds. During my tenure, we had numerous difficult losses to analyze and determine the coverage, if any. The position required interfacing with state regulatory officers, attorneys, members and their clients and the board of directors. The work was most challenging and rewarding.
