You want to grow your practice. You know there is opportunity for more. You worry that if you aren't growing your practice might be dying a slow death.The problem is you don't know what you don't know. And even thinking about the next steps is overwhelming and causes anxiety. You are so busy everyday already, how are you going to cram even more in (more new patients, front desk, bonus systems, recruiting, creating systems for efficiency)?You can certainly do a trial and error solution (which is what most PT's do) but for the vast majority, there is a long period of frustration (part of the learning curve) as well as tremendous wastes of time and energy (reinventing the wheel).
