You worry that if you aren't growing your practice might be dying a slow death.The problem is you don't know what you don't know. And even thinking about the next steps is overwhelming and causes anxiety. And last but not least, it’s not specific to the PT industry, so you’re still having to create new ideas and processes.It feels unfair because they didn’t teach you any of this in PT school. You shouldn't have to go it alone. The best answer in many cases is to hire a business coach. Someone who has been there and done that. Someone who can take an honest and objective look at your business and help you implement immediate changes that can move the needle right away, not 2 years from now!
