- Oversees the creative services department, directly managing the company brand, web presence, data analytics, copywriting, graphic design, digital design, video design- Projects include web sites, end-to-end campaigns, advertising, direct emails, newsletters, social media, annual reports, brochures, catalogs, reports, event materials, illustrations and infographics, executive communications, presentations, and videos- Maintains consistency in branding across advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing- Provides senior counsel on strategic marketing communications to organization executives to ensure that campaigns achieve set goals, contribute to the overall integrated communications strategy, and protect and enhance the brand- Acts as marketing communications lead for key product launches, as identified by company executives- As a member of the senior management team, participates in strategic planning, focusing on capturing objectives and priorities, identifying performance metrics and gaps, and building execution plans
