First hire in a newly re-established Research department. Helped define the department's goals, recruit a team and manage the output of a group of independent analysts focused on education for professional investors interested in cryptocurrencies. Led development and execution of webinars, newsletters, live video and monthly/quarterly reports.

Canary Data was an open project to research and analyze use cases and user metrics in crypto assets, blockchain-based systems and other trust-minimized networks. We also offered consulting services; clients included Circle, Keep Network and MIT.
