Sales and Customer Success approved!* Developing ongoing company product strategy, paying attention to the stability of our existing product while roadmapping predictively and steadily growing iteratively. * Guiding products and features from concept – to code – through launch – closing the loop by learning and iterating using customer feedback and usage data.* Architecting, researching, designing, communicating, and implementing product – delegating effectively to engineering resources – using wireframes, full-stack coding (Ruby/Rails/Javascript), and both automatic and manual QA.* Collaborating closely with small engineering team to develop SRE practices, prioritizing stability and security while deploying continuously.Accounts / Sales / Marketing* Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams via active listening, 1x1s, and sales/CS client calls to meet customer needs.* Running point as account manager for company’s longest advocacy client relationship, while handling entire accounts portfolio for Crowdly’s secondary smart-links product.* Contributing to marketing and sales collateral including developing websites, fact-sheets, presentations, and activations for clients.* Speaking about our product and technology on sales calls.* Pre-sales scoping and capabilities consulting for contracts.

Collaborated with larger product team, customer success, and sales to develop product strategy. Designed reliable processes to launch features quickly and agilely. Led engineering team through customer development, research, concept & design, roadmapping, coding (Ruby/Rails/Javascript), QA, and deployment while reducing server costs continuously. Developed microservice architecture to collect submissions from hundreds of thousands of end-users per month for $20/mo.
