Creating a one-stop resource and generating ad revenue. – Created a new business that services other kiosks including ecoATM and Amazon Lockers.• Marketing Revamp to Engage Customers – Redeveloped the Redbox Perks loyalty program, growing from 11M members in 2017 to 41M members in 2022, creating one of the only loyalty programs for digital entertainment. • Drove Cost Efficiencies to Drive Cash Flow – Reduced G&A by $80M annually. Oversaw a technology transformation project that removed over $15M in annual costs.• Generated Shareholder Returns – Returned $325M to Apollo Global Management through two dividend recapitalizations within the first 30 months. Took the company public through a de-spac in October 2021, and merged with Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment in August 2022 to allow Apollo to exit.• Led Negotiations to Drive Further Profitability – Negotiated new licensing contracts reducing product cost by $300M annually. • Built out and Developed Executive Team – including hiring Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer.
