Delivered 3 new special schools, many school expansions and specialist resource bases throughout the county. After a highly successful first phase, the second phase of the transformation programme will see further significant investment, to be known as the 'Local First Inclusion Programme' which I am programme managing, including the counties 'DfE Safety Valve' scope which includes further new special schools, up to 30 new special resource bases and multiple projects to improve SEND provision in Norfolk.
