As the Head of Service Delivery at Ultrahaus, I oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to the highest quality standards. I lead cross-functional teams, manage resource allocation, and drive process optimization through Agile and Lean methodologies. My focus is on delivering projects on time and within budget, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing client satisfaction. By aligning technology strategies with business objectives, I ensure that our digital solutions provide tangible value and support long-term client success.

I became a partner in the company and took on greater responsibilities, being responsible for managing the entire technical side of the projects, detailing scope, passing it on to the team, carrying out tests, environment configurations and deployment.

I worked on the development of hybrid web and mobile systems mainly for startups. I developed the backend and integrated the frontend. I applied integrations with payment methods and other third-party systems.I helped organize the initial scope, thinking about the MVP (minimum viable product) and I maintained contact with the client. I also reviewed and monitored the work of the internal team.

The application allowed viewing relevant weather conditions for fishing, moon phases, tide tables, etc. In addition to allowing recording of fish caught, with species, size and weight. The application is no longer online.BeeSites - Together with my partner, I came up with the idea, developed the system, created the visual identity and defined business issues. It was a system that allowed integration between several suppliers of different wedding services. The system is no longer online.

I was responsible for the Technology area in the company's initial phase, working on hiring the team, defining the technological infrastructure (Internet links, cabling, computers, servers, licenses, contact with third parties, etc.) and developing/integrating system resources.Focusing on the latter area, I identified the systems and developments needed to optimize, organize and implement the company's business rules. The main objective was to facilitate the Digital Marketing process for selling content over the Internet. To this end, I worked with tools such as: Wordpress, OptimizePress, WooCommerce, Kajabi, Active Campaign, MailChimp, InfusionSoft, SurveyMonkey, UnbouncePages, LiveStream, PayPal and PagSeguro. This included the process of capturing emails, sending newsletters, displaying free content (articles, videos and live events), sales funnel, integration with payment methods, releasing content and conducting satisfaction surveys.I was also responsible for the project to create the new website for one of WeMaker's channels (www.mentenova.com). Working together with those responsible for Design and Content.

Feasibility study, project planning, schedule creation and monitoring, requirements gathering and systems team leadership. I worked on data migration and implementation of several systems, including the TOTVS educational module (Classis).

Development in PHP + JavaScript, with MySQL and PostgreSQL database, as well as minor maintenance in DataFlex and VB 6.

Development of small applications in PHP with MySQL database, creation of layouts and support for institutional website issues.
