Through 2020-2021, for the year following Covid quarantines, I was appointed responsible for the professional training of the returning and new employees of Taizu restaurant.In this position, I constructed and guided seminars on subjects like cuisines, wine and cocktails. I had to think of creative and exciting methods of training the new employees quickly, to the level required in a chef restaurant. This also required a personal process with each employee, taking into consideration their strengths and weaknesses.

I worked in Taizu group for 4 years. In my position as a shift manager at the restaurant I was responsible for managing services of over 300 guests every evening, and a crew of 30 employees of different departments.

In the army I served in the Intelligence forces as a researcher and data analyst.My job was analyzing all sorts of information into a bigger, coherent picture of status and conclusions. The information I gathered served my commanders and the field troops. My role required both focused and wide perspective on all sorts of data, and deep conclusive skills.
