Reporting directly to the CEO and part of the senior marketing executive team, I joined Super-Pharm to found the communication department.Key responsibilities:• Leading Super-Pharm’s public relations and crisis management.• Designing Super-Pharm’s brand storytelling, developing and managing social media and content marketing strategy. • Working closely with global and local FMCG suppliers to create tailor-made solutions for their brands using Super-Pharm's digital assets. • Founding innovative projects with social impact which improve Super-Pharm’s brand image and relationship with targeted audiences.• Leading promotional company events - from concept, through budget management and execution - which are attended by over 10K people (Life Run, Beauty City).• Managing a variety of 3rd party agencies – advertising, PR and digital agencies activities in the mainstream media and minority sectors.• Developing and managing policy and regulatory relations, lobbying and public trust.• Leading ESG (Environmental, social, and governance) activity and strategy of Super-Pharm.
