I am a problem solver who helps leaders develop and execute data and AI strategies as part of their digital transformation agenda to achieve process excellence, standardisation, quality assurance and cost and efficiency improvements.I have 20 years' experience working cross-functionally to optimise business processes and leverage data to gain deeper insights. My sector expertise includes energy, public, media and retail. I'm also a wife and dog-mum to my 3 year old Westie, Cooper!As a former Chief of Staff at IBM, I supported the leader of the largest consulting service line in the UK to deliver strategic programs and operational activities. Prior to that, I worked as a senior managing consultant, where I engaged with clients to deliver data strategies and analytics and AI solutions using Agile methods. All while making sure Cooper didn't attack squeaky toys while on Zoom calls.My biggest strengths are unpicking problems to understand their complexity, breaking them down and getting to the root of issues (and teaching Cooper not to chase cars). I love leading workshops to generate AI use cases to improve processes and automating where possible. I put together plans that achieve strategies and am able to get buy-in and engagement through building relationships, communicating in clear ways and telling stories to inspire people.
