My duties as a CTO includes the design and the execution of the company's technology strategy. One of the cornerstones of this is the development of our in house toolset called ZenoCore with which we intend to deliver bespoke applications for our clients on multiple platforms to their and their clients satisfaction.

As a lead developer, my primary responsibilities include mentoring and leading a team of developers, as well as designing and implementing software architecture.One of my main focus is to mentor and guide the team members, helping them to improve their skills and advance in their careers. I also take on a leadership role, ensuring that the team is operating efficiently and effectively and that all members are working towards the same goals.I am experienced in working with the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) and have a good understanding of its capabilities and limitations. I also have experience working with Golang and I am always keeping an eye on its development and the way it can improve our architecture and performance.As for the software architecture design, I am responsible for creating and maintaining the overall structure of the software. This includes determining how the different components of the software will interact with each other and making sure that the architecture is scalable, maintainable, and can support the company's business requirements.I also participate in code reviews and testing, making sure that the code meets the company's standards and that it is free of bugs and errors.Overall, as a lead developer, my main goal is to ensure that the team is producing high-quality software that meets the company's needs and that the team members are constantly learning and improving their skills.

My task is to rapidly prototype & deliver bespoke solutions to our clients. These solutions include a wide variety of applications ranging from driver dispatch services through CRM solutions to ERP systems.These are then delivered to the customer for self hosting, or on request we can provide the necessary infrastructure.

My main focus at the company was to create a single page application front-end for the company's CRM solution using VueJS. The interface became a JSON schema based UI building tool that was served through NodeJS & pm2 in a Docker Swarm. The objective was to create an interactive UI that could be driven from the backend through static JSON to describe the view's contents and possible interactions. The whole project was deployed through a CI/CD pipeline. It was a challenging but rewarding experience to work on this project as it required a good understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. The final product was well received by the stakeholders and it was satisfying to see the end users interacting with the CRM system through the new UI.

My responsibilities included the Full Stack support of one of the companies pricing tools. This means server management (DevOps) on a linux based platform, back-end development with php & Laravel, and front-end development using the VueJS framework.

During this time as had to support 3rd party developers in bringing the pricing tool in house.

My responsibilities included the development of in house systems (a custom, mailchimp like EDM creating tool) as well as the development of online marketing & promotional material for our vendors and the company itself. These materials included simple landing pages, small promotional sites and mini games as well.

At this company I started as a Full Stack Developer, and was charged with multiple tasks which included the maintenance of legacy applications (in some cases, updating them), and developing new ones. Most of the applications I've developed are listed here.I had an active role in all phases of the development, from the initial briefing session with the customer to delivering the final product.While developing my own CMS framework, I got hands on experience with Code Igniter, CakePHP, Yii, and my favourite, Laravel. I also had the pleasure of developing front-end applications with AngularJS and Bootstrap, but these were mostly Facebook Apps.During my time here I've also started the AngularJS@Budapest meetUp group.

During my time at the company, I've initiated the development of a mobile optimized site, based on the main portal. Since then the company created a Bootstrap based. responsive site, rendering the old one obsolete.I've also helped to solve some of the workflow problems within the company with a custom ticketing system, which is still in use.

I oversaw the IT department of the company. This mostly includes thedevelopment of the company’s ERP/CRM/Advertising system, IT infrastructure, andI’m also handling some the design and implementation of printed marketing materials,and operate the IT based services.
