Program Manager for EV automotive cord, Power Cord, ICA/Cable harness, Medical Harness Job Overview :- To successfully manage programs from start to completion;- Responsible for partnering with the internal team (sales, engineering, operations, new business and finance) to ensure that work is delivered on strategy, on time and on budget.- Jointly responsible for the P&L for the program with the Account Manager with primary responsibility for development costs.Essential Job Functions:- Develop and manage of scope of work and program timelines with GM. Work closely with the GM to ensure that all the appropriate resources and plans are in place to deliver all projects.- Conduct kick-off meeting and regular review meetings to ensure programs are on track and meeting CRD or VCD- Propose projects based on feasibility study and justification- Working closely with Sales, Program manage customer onboarding and new business across engineering, operations (including the RFQ process), new business development and finance- Develop & implement project governance including key project performance metrics and may work outside normal office hour and indicators to ensure project management improvements are highly visible via weekly and monthly reports- Participate in new business calls as appropriate to help develop the value proposition

- Manage transfer project between china and Batam factory. for layout plan, machine, equipment and product test.- Site visit for process study and machine capability also improvement chance- Coordinate engineering team for document of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as DFMEA, PFD,PFMEA Process Datasheets, Equipment Specications, Cause & Eect, Studies & reports, Work Instruction, and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other depart- ments.- Coordinate and review with costumer regarding doc PPAP approval, sample build, rev change ECN, etc- Manage and controll overseas supplier for material and machine lead time on pre production build- Plan and Coordinate all the batam factory readyness before project transfer from overseas with production manager (layout, electrical, air supply, material, man power training etc.)- Lead and manage all NPI project fromGermany, Italy and China factory for meet lead timecommitment for transfer project to batam.- Help and assist engineering and production team for mass pro running and hand over line

Position Purpose :- Basic & detail Design Engineering activities for the assigned project(s) in New Product development PVC and Plastic Injection etc., in accordance with the Company established procedures.- Activity planning, work scheduling, assigning responsibilities to Engineers & Draftsmen,and monitoring to meet the project schedule with resource optimization.- Preparation / review of R&D, project specific specifications, design calculation /analysis, procurement specification.- Interface with other disciplines, user departments and Clients.

- Overall in-charge of the process and quality issue based on costumer requirement and companymanagement system- Report of Improvement and activity for Monthly quality management meeting- Create and Implemetn TCD activity related with process in production line- Collaborate with QHSE team to put in place HSE best practice- Maintain and be accountable for budget link for improvement process according companyfinancial regulation.- Provide or revise all CAD drawing for all equipment in production line based on necessaryimprovement- Investigate process and quality issues, identify root cause adn provide preventive and corective actions related.

Area of Responsibility:- Support Equipment engineer for designing new jig for new production line, installing and commissioning- New line, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes for Male Grooming philips assembly line.- Preparing reports, flow diagrams and charts for daily, weekly or monthly meeting.- Managing and working with sub-contractors/supplier for related critical issue. (especially RubberParts & Plastic Parts)- Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in orderto provide quality works and services to the customer.- Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations standardISO:9001 and ISO:14001 and costumer focus satisfaction.
