After 13 years of incorporating yoga into my life I decided to do a yoga teacher training to deepen my practice. In March 2016 I have obtained a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200h) certificate from Bhakti barn yoga studio in Millburn. Since November 2017 I have been working on my advanced RYT 500h. Currently I work in Summit YMCA, Bhakti Barn yoga studio in Millburn and Glen Ridge, Unwind yoga and wellness studio, New Providence, NJ; The Chatham sport club in Chatham; corporate yoga classes at Vitals and Team Exos (lunch yoga in corporations). I am teaching group classes to people of all ages, all genders and all levels. I mostly specialize in gentle yoga, alignment based flow yoga, and vinyasa fast flow.
