- Characterization and construction of the company's unique process, which essentially provides the authority to customers according to standards.- Design and transfer the data from the previous software to an ERP system with the possibility of integrating it into the existing system- Managing the project's staff in terms of the Hazel missions and airways.

- Characterization of the transfer of the company's financial activity to the ERP system- Analysis and assimilation of the company's work processes, procurement and sale.

• Designing and implementing the company's computing strategy, planning and managing the systems and supporting business processes.• Formulate information systems policies and processes in accordance with company policies and work processes and control over their implementation.• Cross-organization needs and processes analysis to upgrade information systems in finance, marketing, procurement, logistics and inventory.• Construction and planning of work plans and budget management, including engagements with IT vendors and service and procurement providers.• Finding solutions, acquiring and implementing new enterprise information systems including ERP CRM, WMS BI.• Managing and monitoring the computing budget and suppliers, locating and testing suppliers, managing negotiations, contracting and ongoing communication.• Build quarterly financial statements and trade agreements, perform sales and profit analysis, and build reward models for salespeople.

• Management of characterization projects and implementation of processes and systems from the characterization phase, through work plans, development, pilot, control, problem solving, training, and implementation.• Responding to Customer Requirement Documents (RFP), conducting preliminary system survey meetings and setting a budgetary framework.• Leading the characterization processes, management of characterization meetings, preparation of process characterization documents, gap analysis and development characterization.• Designing and establishing process management charts (BPMs) and required infrastructure, data conversion and system design.• Planning, executing and escorting the pilot with the customer, escorting "rise to the air" and delivering the system.• Management of implementations and trainings, use of BI tools, BPM, OLAP reports.

• Network-level technical support and PC technician support as a primary treatment of faults• Support for production department, training, needs specification and answering accordingly.
