For the last 3 years in parallel I also served as a Regional guide in the field of inclusion and integration. The role included training education staff, delivering courses and advanced training in various subjects, closely accompanying and responding to parents and educators.

- Act as the trusted partner to the VP region delivery (Multi projects per region; ~ 4000 employees). Managing the DCC division resources. - Managed a PMO team of 15 employees. - Provide leading business operational support to the managers as for business issues to ensure achieving the goals, adding value to leadership discussions, operational discussions, etc.- Maintain the budget process for the unit, including definition of strategy, objectives, detailed plans and KPIs and coordinating with different functions in the unit. - Compile information and results from different sources and provides reports and analyses across a range of topics when required. - Coaching and mentoring a team, set and guides individual goals, performance objectives and growth opportunities of team.

- Responsible for unit’s internal projects, progress, and budget tracking.- Establishing and tracking the unit KPIs; streamlining work processes, leveraging best practices and standards across the various projects. - Project staffing and pipeline forecast (attrition tracking, recruitment approval).- Managing unit overhead budget.

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
