Member of TOP30 Directors' Group.Core responsibilities: - Creation and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy, - Leading the marketing and communications department, - Rebranding and Employer Branding, - Crisis communications and issue management, - orchestrating internal and external communications activities withsub-departments: internal-external communications, marketing&branding, online marketing (loyalty program, web-and e-mail marketing, SEO), hotels cluster marketing&comms managers - Acting spokesperson - Partner & stakeholder management- CSR&sustainability - Internal and external corporate presentations and speeches at conferences- Organization of webinars, presentations and workshops for the leaders group (TOP30 and TOP150 leaders). - Creation of a training session for marketing professionals on a quarterly base (Danubius Universal Marketing Academy).

Responsible for the company's corporate communications, including coordination of external and internal communications. Among external communications duties: press relations, spokesperson activities, partner relationship management, media & crisis communication trainings, strategic planning, responsible of company's presence in the social and digital media. In the field of internal communications: responsible for strategic planning, coordination of sharing information with employees, change and crisis communications, employee engagement, validation of internal publications.

Responsible for the company's external communication activities: press relations, spokesperson activities, media & crisis communication trainings, strategic planning.

Leader of the corporate team, responsible for clients' corporate communications at both strategic and operational level. Client portfolio: Mars, Kométa, Wizz Air, Auchan and the Pedigree Dog Adoption Campaign.
