Subscription based highload service for books, codebase mainly on python3.8 (django/aiohttp/flask)- The business wanted to enter new markets with unique catalog content so I took this project and made current monolithic service multi-regional with different catalogs depending on user geoip, as well as multilingual search using solr, localization of seo fields, ability to pre-filter catalog due to user language preferences. In the process refactored automatic book import system, resulting in ability to make new regions on demand from UI without much of developing costs. - Together with a data scientist made a project for aligning text in a book and an audio book, so that from the current second of the audio version you can switch to the corresponding paragraph of the text one and vice versa. The functionality was made a foundation for several marketing campaigns and a competitive advantage, since no one of the competitors had it in production.
