As the eCommerce Product Manager at Prophet 21, I was responsible for both the development and execution of the product roadmap for those initiatives that enabled our clients to conduct business with their end customers as well as manufacturers and vendors. This included the development of a packaged eCommerce storefront offering to support business direct activities as well as an Internet Trading Hub that enabled clients to conduct business more efficiently and cost effectively with manufacturers such as 3M and Black & Decker. This Internet Trading Hub supported hundreds of clients and manufacturers and processed tens of millions of dollars in transactions each month.
