Paul is an insight driven marketer who uses data and analytics to drive decision making. He has deep experience in developing customer segments and insights, creating strategy, executing tactics and measuring program effectiveness. Paul has sold and designed customer centric and customer relationship marketing (CRM) programs across many industries including financial services, automotive, retail, loyalty and travel. Paul's experience is North American and international.Paul has helped to grow business with leading brands such as TD Canada Trust, CIBC, Aeroplan, AirMiles, Canadian Tire, RBC, Scotiabank, Ford, Chrysler and British Airways and others.Prior to building his own consulting practice. Paul worked in Analytics for Accenture. Before that he held senior positions at both Maritz and Carlson Marketing (now Aimia) where he designed and executed Customer Relationship and Loyalty programs. He currently teaches business courses at the Sheridan College .
