Allen is a hands-on creative director—designing, writing, and leading MADE’s creative team to ensure clients’ visual identities align with their brand strategies. Throughout his 30+ year career, he’s worked with a diverse range of local, national and international companies including Publix Super Markets, Saddle Creek Logistics Services, Anheuser-Busch, DC Comics, Disney, Mattel and Progressive.Allen finds great fulfillment in helping organizations visually communicate their unique brand stories through smart, compelling design. He received his Commercial Art degree from Tampa Technical Institute in 1990 and was principal of two Central Florida advertising design firms before joining Madden Brand Agency in 2003. In 2017, he partnered with Michelle Ledford and formed MADE.Allen is a recipient of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) of Polk County’s “Ad Man of the Year” award, the AAF Silver Medal Award, numerous ADDY and industry awards, is a past-president of AAF Polk, and a graduate of Leadership Lakeland XXXII and Leadership Polk ClassXIII.
