I have a track record of working directly with Physicians to turn around complex compliance and technical problems. Starting my Health IT carrier in a large central business office. I bring experience that allows me to solve problems for the business office. Keeping them from negatively impacting the clinical side of a practice or group. Since Galleon’s inception we have also provided designs, project management, and deployment solutions for complex projects and individual small business. Returning to my roots in audio - video, and infrastructure design occasionally has also allowed me to work with some old friends again. When I am not in a clinic deploying solutions. I spend time mentoring the next generation of Healthcare Technologist. Together we try and make technology and smart solutions available to people and places that otherwise may go without. Consultant and problem-solver, leading Project Strategy & Development for Corespace, a compliancy hosting company and data center. I design systems and support infrastructure for the specific needs of our customers, play a significant role in the strategic planning and policy development for information technology security and compliance programs, provide disaster recovery/business continuity support, and risk management analysis for the 30,000 square foot Dallas facility.

Lead the extensive redesign and deployment of the new IT /telecom environment for Genesis, one of North Texas’ largest Independent Physician Associations (IPAs). Assisted legal council in developing data compliance progams and provided information discovery support. Collaborated with Marketing on new marketing stategy, pricing structure, and sales-for-services systems to offer physician practices. Recruited, developed, motivated and retained a diverse staff, which provided technical support to more than 1,400 independently practicing physicians across 60+ specialties in the DFW metropolitan area.

Established and managed Support Services for all Forest Park Medical facilities. My team provided technical and desktop support for 2,000 users, including management of all file, print, and telephone services. Presented strategic direction to board of trustees, board of directors and senior management regarding technological issues and challenges.

Represented Dallas Branch Operations , developed and presented bids and managed the customer relationship process for Enterprise clients. Directed staff of technical project managers, programmers, and specialists. Delivered a variety of local, national and international projects to customers including Blackberry, Texas Tech University, and Lockheed Martin. Reorganized, directed, managed, planned and administered the operational and administrative activities of a full service technical staff during a period a historical growth for the branch.

Full responsibility for management and return on investment (ROI) for Pinnacle’s multi-million dollar IT department. Directed professional IT staff and managed technology projects for the organization, including the integration of software and hardware systems for medical practice, multi-site clinical operations and corporate-collections sites with 3,000+ users servicing over 600,000 patients at 150 facilities. Conducted IT security risk/ exposure analysis and assessed security incidents and escalation of security events.
