I lead an interdisciplinary team of sociologists, designers, and computer scientists investigating the integration of new AI and robotics technologies into future products and services. Our work lies at the intersection of human-robot and human-computer interaction, with current projects focusing on the design for robots deployed in the workspace and digital conversational agents powered by LLMs that support robotic services.My role includes:- Strategic definition and oversight of research initiatives;- Managing recruitment processes;- Actively promoting the activities of our team;- Facilitating communication with HR, senior management and other teams, both in France and Korea;- Establishing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external collaborators;- Mentoring and supporting career progression of the team members.Our team uses a range of methodologies, including ethnographic studies, human-centered design, technical feasibility studies and concept operationalization for proof-of-concept, data collection and machine learning, and qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.

As a Senior UX Research Scientist, I investigate user interactions with new robotic and digital products, including augmented reality (AR) and wearable technologies.My responsibilities include:- Leading multidisciplinary projects with diverse contributors;- Conducting user research, UX design, prototyping, and evaluation of innovative concepts;- Leading or contributing to research publications and patents.

I participated in the organization team as a technology advisor, involved in the conceptual definition of the event as well as in the selection of speakers.

Coltiva was an organic food online market, based on the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It focused on the engagement of local producers for its social and environmental advantages. I was one of the three co-founders and I was the lead designer, focusing on UX and service design, user research, website development, and communications.Less than one year after our initial discussions on the project, the service was running and we had our first regular customers. Along the way we saw many of our initial ideas challenged by the experience, especially in relation to logistics (related to management of inventory, transportation, and storage of the products). This was a side project for the three co-founders, and we were at a time in which we had to decide if to dedicate full time on it to address the logistic requirements triggered by the growing demand or to collect our learnings and close it. At that time, we finally decided to close the service to focus on other career opportunities, but the passion for founding remained.

I supported the academic activities and operations of the Experience Cluster of Domus Academy and its Master's courses (Service Design, Interaction Design and Visual Brand Design). I supported the organization of workshops in collaboration with external companies and professionals, defining briefs and activities. I tutored and helped students in their curricular projects. I supported the promotion of the programs through the involvement and collaboration with Communication, Marketing, Enrollment, Industry Relations and Career Services, and Institutional Projects Units.

I worked closely with an international Cisco HR team and Domus Academy collaborators on the evaluation and development of a project created during the Master Course in Interaction Design. We focused on defining the different elements in the concept and their feasibility, we had the opportunity to present the project in Cisco HQ (San Jose, California) and work with people in charge of the areas that would be involved in the program proposed.
