CurrentProvide sound, competitive financial consulting services to small and mid-sized federal government contractors and the federal government, in all stages of the federal procurement cycle, to enable their growth and success. Lead and develop pricing and cost volumes from inception to contract award on multiple types of complex proposals including Cost-Reimbursable, Time and Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and IDIQ rate development. Create concise and compelling cost narratives utilizing strategic themes and discriminators developed by the Capture Team. Work within the integrated capture team to develop Basis of Estimate (BOE) formatting, rationale and inputs. Develop and communicate Pricing requirements in the proposal planning and scheduling process. Develop pricing models, templates, training materials, and conduct training related to pricing procedure and Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation. Key Accomplishments:• Development and delivery of competitive cost proposals focused on concise, compelling, and compliant content• Demonstrated leadership in cost and pricing strategy across all federal markets• Proven analytical skills, including contract pricing, indirect rate, and IDIQ labor category modeling tools• Effective team player comfortable operating within executive, technical, capture, and subcontracting groups• (For federal clients) Timely delivery of credible, accurate, reliable, and well documented evaluation of offeror cost proposals
