Working with my customers in the Health & Life Sciences vertical, I help them come up with a strategy for deploying Intune across their estate, across all platforms, desktop and mobile devices.

-Work directly with customers to support their Tanium infrastructure and support expansion of use in the enterprise. This entails working with multiple technologies and understanding, on the fly, what customers may need to solve a problem.-Subject Matter Expert with Tanium Enforce which is a Tanium module that allows customers to manage, at scale, native Microsoft technology such as AppLocker, BitLocker, and Local Security Policies. It also allows native management of MacOS encryption and Linux firewall.-Ensure that there is complete documentation of the Tanium environment, as well making sure all communication records are kept.-Perform demonstrations of the various modules of the Tanium platform to both drive use and expand use-cases in the enterprise-Work as a trusted advisor for customers serving as a liaison between Tanium and executive management.

My job is to help customers achieve more by utilizing the full potential of the Office 365 stack, specifically Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, Advanced Threat Protection, Security & Compliance Center, and more. I'm a firm believer that a proactive and defense-in-depth approach to managing an Office 365 tenant is the best way to stay protected while fully unlocking the potential this powerful platform has to offer.By delivering valuable engagements like the Office 365: Security Optimization Assessment and the Security & Compliance Center Workshop, or jumping in on a phone advisory, I get to personally work with customers to help them through their journey in the cloud.

Currently responsible for the Microsoft technologies here, specifically Exchange Server 2010/2013, Exchange Online (inclusive of Office 365 and related technologies), Active Directory, and more recently, Azure. I proactively take action to keep our messaging environment running smoothly, as well maintaining the health of Active Directory.

Responsible for the network infrastructure of a software development firm with 55 employees, 75 workstations, 10 physical servers, and 27 virtual servers.Worked with management and users to completely rebuild a network that suffered from a vacant Systems Administrator position for over 5 years.Responsible for a hosted VoIP phone system that consists of dedicated gigabit switches and Polycom VoIP phones.Ensured backups are done and verified on a daily basis.Maintained various site to site VPN’s with one branch office and two other business partners.Assisted software developers when needed on various government software development projects.Coordinated new virtualization efforts to facilitate the move to a smaller carbon footprint for the company.

Part of a team of engineers responsible for maintaining small to medium sized businesses networks.Worked on multiple projects for our clients such as file server migrations, directory migrations, and physical LAN migrations.Worked as a level 2 engineer to assist the front line help desk engineers with escalated calls.Responded to field service calls which required a lot of interaction with the clients.Performed network discoveries for new and existing clients to determine network layouts and systems requirements for projects, utilizing tools such as GFI LANGuard, Look@LAN, and SpiceWorks.As the primary Cisco engineer on staff, I was responsible for setting up new ASA firewalls, routers, and switches for clients as needed. Configured complex site-to-site configurations that included automatic failover between redundant ISP's.

Assisted the Network Administrator in all aspects of network operation for the credit union.

Assist all Barnes & Noble locations with any computer related issues they might have, which includes troubleshooting server issues, router problems, POS systems, and in-store LAN.Went on site in some cases to install new POS systems to some local stores to help facilitate and ease their upgrade process.

Assisted in building and implementing small to medium sized networks in both a peer-to-peer and Microsoft Active Directory Domain environments. Assisted in cabling a small school with CAT5e cabling in order to facilitate a small peer-to-peer network.
