I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and an MBA in Marketing. Over the years, I’ve led key projects in companies like Locaweb, Crefisa/FAM, and Banco Safra. At Locaweb, I structured the marketing department, launched a rebranding, and organized large-scale events across AL. At Crefisa/FAM, I drove a digital transformation, increasing student enrollment from 200 to 3,000 in one year. At Banco Safra, I helped launch the SafraPay business.As an entrepreneur, I developed ventures in big data and immersive technologies, applying virtual and augmented reality in HR and training for multinational companies. I also led the turnaround of Tecla Cloud Solutions, reversing losses, expanding services, and driving 15% annual growth, which resulted in the company’s acquisition by an international fund.Currently, as Marketing Director at Skymail, I am structuring the department and integrating AI-driven tools to boost productivity and innovation.In parallel, I’ve been a guest lecturer at institutions like FGV, Insper, and ESPM, and taught Digital Marketing at Anhanguera Educacional.
